Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Salsa
3 Tbsp spoons yellow mustard
1 Egg
2 Tbsp spoons dehydrated onions (hydrated)
1 1/4 lb ground Venison
1 Cup uncooked Stovetop stuffing
3 dashes Worcestershire
1/3 Cup Heinz 57

(season to taste)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp cilantro
several shakes of Lawry's
 
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix mustard, Ketchup, Salsa, Egg, hydrated onions and dry seasonings in bowl.

2. Add ground Venison and mix well.

3. Add Stovetop Stuffing and Worcestershire and mix well again

4. Form loaf from mixed ingredients in baking dish.

5. Add coating (to taste) of Heinz 57 to top of loaf.

6. Sprinkle with parsley.



Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 for 40 to 45 Minutes
 
Serving Suggestions:
Serves 4 to 6 adults.



Serve with beer of choice.
